Having been fortunate enough to experience Christina’s  excellence in plant based food preparation and presentation, I could not believe that eating raw and vegan could be so damn delicious and exciting, not to mention beautiful. Who knew this type of cuisine could be so multifarious? The variety of flavours that are experienced within a single dish, be it appetizer or main, are really quite astonishing. I loved every moment of each dish.

A few years ago, I was looking for a personal trainer.  I wanted to find someone local that could help me obtain my exercise goals and help keep me accountable.   Christina was an excellent trainer and helped me with both working on my exercise goals and keeping me accountable.  We were able to meet up regularly and she was flexible with location, which was important since I had younger kids.  We would meet at her home and use her home gym, or outside, or at my home and use my exercise equipment.  She provided a varied workout schedule, which kept things interesting and worked my entire body.   She had me use a variety of different equipment, including a treadmill, bosu ball, weights, bands, and even a punching bag.  It was fun and the variety kept the workouts interesting and challenging.  I would highly recommend Christina as a personal trainer, for anyone wanting to improve their personal fitness or work towards specific fitness goals.

“Christina’s classes were fast paced and changed every class. All of the classes were held outside which made it a more open and natural exercise environment. There were a variety of participants in the book camps I participated in, all at varying levels of ability. The benefit of Christina’s book camp was that each person, regardless of their ability, performed the exercises at their own level. There modified levels for the beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes. I would recommend Christina’s book camp to anyone, at any fitness level. It was strenuous, challenging and refreshing, while allowing flexibility for a diverse client base.”

I enjoy all of the food Christina makes but my favorites are her cheeze sauce and cheezecake!  I'm not vegan either.  If you hadn't told me that her cheeze sauce and cheezecake are vegan I never would have guessed!  I feel great after eating her meals.  It must be because she uses high quality ingredients and simply knows how to make great food!  She's a great chef who takes pride in her work.  Give her food a try!

Raw, plant-based, vegan foods are thought by many to be boring, bland and consist mostly of salads. I’ve had the privilege of enjoying the masterpieces that Christina has created. They are nutrient dense, delicious and visually appealing. The variety of foods I sampled range from smoothies, elixirs, appetizers, main courses and desserts. Each a delight to discover.
