About Plant Based Living

Along with being a successful personal trainer, Christina is also a certified Level 2 Raw Vegan chef.  Christina has been eating plant based for over 10 years and has amassed a trove of knowledge in regards to cooking techniques, recipes, and ingredients (and possible substitutes).  She's taught group classes on how to properly read food labels, nutritional requirements, and chocolate making workshops to name a few.

Christina became a Raw Food (Plant Based) chef in 2021. Christina loves how good quality food nourishes the body and has you feeling fantastic. Christina’s been known to make her food not only delicious but nutritious at the same time.
